Panna Cotta
A rich, easy and delicious desert

Boil together:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Dissolve 1/4 cup of milk with 1 1/2 teaspoons of gelatin; add this mixture to heavy cream blend. Pour into small cups and refrigerate 3 hours minimum (overnight is fine). Lemon zest before serving.
